The Indigenous Community Reintegration Caseworker assists Indigenous individuals released from custody with basic needs, develops Healing Plans, provides supports, referrals to cultural activities, and professional services. The Caseworker will also advocate on your behalf with First Nations communities, organizations, programs, etc. Will work with individuals to ensure follow through with Community Supervision Orders.

Criteria:

  • identify as Indigenous, Metis, or Inuit
  • leaving a term of incarceration

Referrals are only accepted from local Probation and Parole Officers.
